"The hotel is great but the employees really made my stay a lot better. I fell right outside the hotel and Nyio and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch were so helpful. They cleaned me up and sent me to a clinic to get checked out. Ended up getting a tetanus shot and it kind of ruined my day, but I will always be grateful for those 2 young men. The chai lattes were also delicious!"
