Nestled in charm and scents of Ardennes region, this is a 5-bedroom holiday home in Gimnée. The holiday home has a furnished terrace to enjoy barbecuing in the evenings. It makes a great stay for a large family or group of 9 persons.

The town centre rests just around the corner if you wish to stroll through the streets and find out the local specialties. At 2 km, you have grocery stores to shop essentials and restaurants to enjoy a local meal. Dies ist ein schönes traditionelles Haus mit viel Platz und freundlichen Besitzern. Das Haus verfügt über viele Schlafzimmer, 2 Toiletten und 2 Badezimmer, was es ideal für größere Gruppen macht. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Vores familie havde en fantastisk tid i dette rummelige feriehus! De fem soveværelser var perfekte til vores gruppe på ni, og det store opholdsområde gjorde det nemt at slappe af sammen, Vi elskede den hyggelige pejs, især om de kolde aftener, Køkkenet var fuldt udstyret, så vi nød at grille på terrassen og lavede endda nogle måltider hjemme, Beliggenheden er fantastisk

Best mooie woning, sfeervol en conpleet, maar echt in the middle of nowhere. Gastvrouw is enorm vriendelijk maar spreekt geen woord engels of nederlands, dus met mijn beetje frans ben ik er nog wel gekomen. Haardhout is blijkbaar verplicht af te nemen en kost 5 euro per zak meer ineens dus 20 ipv 15 euro. Helaas was de beloofde babybox niet aanwezig, wel een beetje maar die is niet zomaar naar beneden te tillen. Dit was echt heel erg een probleem met een 2,5 maanden oude baby

De woning is ruim genoeg en goed uitgerust. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk. Ben wel drie keer door mijn 1-persoons bed gezakt door het gammele onderstel. Een erg klein en stil dorp maar ook een fraaie omgeving om te wandelen

Ben je op zoek naar een ruime, comfortabele woning, in een toeristische regio, kies dan zeker voor een andere woning. Zoek je daarentegen een gezellig Ardeens huisje met openhaard in een rustig, eerder afgelegen dorpje, dan zit je hier goed..

Great gite; friendly welcome; good facilities/plenty of space; well equipped and comfortable; very cosy; good location in a lovely village. Only comment for other guests is that cleaning is not included, even though it says it is included. So there is additional expense - were charged for cleaning/wood/electricity etc. Other than this - we had a great time. Description should be corrected/brought up-to-date.

Het huis is gelegen in een rustig dorpje. Het bos is dichtbij. Er is een leuk tuintje, de tuintafel is echter wat klein voor 9 personen. Het huis is voldoende groot met voldoende slaapgelegenheid maar heel slecht geïsoleerd. Je hoort alles is het hele huis. Met baby's is dit een probleem. De eigenares is zeer gemoedelijk je voelt je er onmiddellijk thuis.

We hadden een weekendje weg met familie. Toen we aankwamen was de openhaard aan, door de mevrouw van het huis werden we op een leuke Kerstmarkt gewezen waar we de andere dag naar toe zijn gegaan. De woning is heerlijk ruim en alles is aanwezig, voor herhaling vatbaar!

We werden heel goed ontvangen en rondgeleid in de woning. De accommodatie was perfect voor onze familie. De omgeving is rustig, weinig bebost, open. Een aanrader brasserie des eaux vives, in het aanpalende dorp leuke rondleiding en degustatie van 2 lekkere biertjes. Er zijn ook kleine specialiteiten te koop.
