"It is reasonably well located in the city. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Towels were small. Air con was a bit tricky to control. Breakfast was a self serve nightmare with a limited mix of packaged foods, a single coffee machine for a large crowd. You pay by the item with a self serve machine which is not easy to navigate. A bossy person is there to help but is actually quite rude in doing so. This model of breakfast was NOT made clear on the Expedia site. Most of the public spaces are painted black and rather poorly lit."

"Room was an an absolute pleasure!! Good sized bath + separate shower with separate rainfall head. Views over Rotterdam from the room are AMAZING!! you could happily sit by the window & watch time go by, but exploring central Rotterdam is a must. Staff are very welcoming & accommodating. Always a pleasure to stay here!!"

"A nice hotel next to the zoo, but nothing else around. So no where to walk for food or drinks. So unless you can drive food and drink only possible at hotel. Restaurant for dinner was nice and food good, bar seemed tucked out of the way and didn’t find it till later after dinner. Breakfast expensive at over 20 euro per person and not big selection either. But enough to have a good start to the day. Check out is 12 which is very good and free parking available if you can get the spots outside the hotel."

"The grand cafe is a lovely place to have a coffee and watch the ships go by on the river Maas. The rooms are large and comfortable and offer the same, lovely view over the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great stay!"

"The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! The rooms are modern and spacious with beautiful views and its a short taxi ride to the two closest times and the port. Would reccomend highly "
