"Property was exactly as described. It had everything you needed. Tram was a fabulous host and went above and beyond! She very quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and felt safe. My daughter loved the games available in the house. The pool was great, though we didn’t use it much since it was too cold and it wasn’t heated. Will definitely stay there again, if needed! "

"After our original VRBO host cancelled on us 4 days before our arrival to visit a granddaughter, this house and its hosts came through in a big way. The house is comfortable and spacious, clean and includes some nice common areas for visiting or eating. The beds were comfortable and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed the heated pool for a few days before the weather turned too cold. Really, we had all we needed and are glad we found this place despite my initial disappointment with the original booking. Hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating, great communication. The location is also close to many restaurants, etc, in central Lakeland. "
