"The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."

"Overall Hotel is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean, the only problem I see is staff will not be available after 10pm, so if somthing went wrong (lost key or not working etc) then you need wait for the next day morning to resolve the, no point of contact during emergency times. "

"The hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small supermarket at the entrance was a great idea. 2 points for improvement was that the restaurant was fully booked for both evenings and we had a limited by tasty menu. The WiFi was not good and seemed to fluctuate between reasonable and not working. All in all a lovely hotel."

"This hotel is well maintained, but simple. It is a place to stay when you just need a nice safe place to sleep. The staff were very straightforward (the stereotype of a German), but helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is next to an industrial site that seems to store waste bins, so it had the smell of mulch (not unpleasant to me, but be aware). All of the rooms require climbing stairs, which is an important consideration for some people. Free onsite parking, and they allowed us to keep our car there after check-out while we went sightseeing. "
