"Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. "After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans). "
