Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. "Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba. "
"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps.
The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind.
