Cabin in the woods 20 mins from downtown

"We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Being outside of town made it feel peaceful, serene, and relaxing. It was a great place to unplug and enjoy the surroundings. And we absolutely loved the ducks—they were such a fun and charming part of the experience!A few things could be improved. There was no extra toilet paper provided, and the sheets were noticeably pilling. The Teflon coating on some of the pans was also peeling and probably needs to be replaced. The cabin had a slightly dank smell, although that’s somewhat understandable given that it’s a cabin.Overall, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and would recommend it for someone looking for a relaxing getaway."

"Our stay was so enjoyable! This is a family-owned lodge with a restaurant and bar. It is wonderful! The rooms (all ground level) have doors open to individual deck space with wooden deck chairs- they look out over a pond surrounded with trees and a beautiful view of the mountains. There are floral plantings all around the property. The room had a big jetted tub with bath salts provided. There is also a shower. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Real glasses and mugs are provided in room for water, tea and coffee. There is a coffee pot as well as a French press and electric water/tea pot. We had dinner in the restaurant, which we enjoyed immensely! Wagyu steak bites with blue cheese and balsamic, rich mushroom and prime rib soup, marinated garlic chicken, and the star of the show: beef stroganoff over noodles! I couldn’t get enough of the stroganoff! The beer and my huckleberry mojita were excellent. After dinner we soaked in the salt water hot tub outside and it was peaceful and relaxing. They provide robes and slippers to walk out to the hot tub. What a great stay! Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean and cozy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is mostly muffins, cereal, and cereal bars, some fruit/yogurt, coffee.. but there is a Montana Wheat in the same parking lot with excellent breakfast pastries and lunch options. I highly recommend eating there. The room was quiet and perfect to stay in after the concert at the kettlehouse amphitheater."

"This cabin in the woods is absolutely AMAZING!! There are so many wonderful things to say about this peaceful getaway. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, including the firepit area and the amazing mountain streams and waterfalls that flow throughout the property. It provided a true get-away-from-it-all feeling and let our busy minds reset. The cabin is just minutes from Ninepipes Restaurant (GREAT STEAKS) and the CSKT Bison Range (Well worth the time). We saw many deer, a black bear and her two cubs around the cabin, which was almost as much as we saw in our ride through Glacier National Park! The host was very welcoming, responsive, and so easy to communicate with, and the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin made our stay feel extra special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable, and very reasonable Montana getaway."
