They appeared to prefer to rush through getting us signed in and take the money but seemed like us having questions was a bit of an annoyance to them. Our room was great I have allergies and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and thorough. There is no included breakfast for the price of your stay. Being by the airport it was loud at times, but in the morning I realized the previous guest left the window open slightly so this may have contributed to the noise. Noise from other rooms was louder than I’m use to in hotels. Not excessive noise, but hearing neighbouring guests use their toilets. Rooms are well maintained. "The night staff was so rude. There was no coffee in the lobby. They stood there while guests were filling their plastic water bottles with the lemon water and putting the top of the bottle where their mouth was on the tap and did nothing. Yuck completely unsanitary. The gate exiting parking was broken. ..."
