"Hotel was clean and definitely the best value in town. Beds were a bit firm and pillows weren’t terrific but we saved hundreds of dollars staying here for a rugby tournament as all other hotels were gouging with exorbitant fees. Hotel is a bit rundown and no frills but I would definitely recommend it!!"

"The hotel claimed they had no booking that I made via Expedia. So I was left with no alternative but to stay in vehicle the night before a 100 mile race. Definitely NOT ideal. Who to believe? Beyond disappointed! Definitely would always try and go directly to hotel to book."

"Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit."

"Moldy shower curtain. We paid for new one. Control for the heater was broken,we were freezing all the time,we wore our winter jackets all the time. We ended up leaving two days early because we were sick of freezing .stayed 5 days paid for seven days. Broken patio door that we were told to wedge a long stick in to lock it an stop cold coming in. Only a half of roll of toilet paper for seven days. The staff was nice.the boss was in Vegas for the holidays. "
