- 5 specious bedroom, 2 bathroom, north and south facing decks, with open concept kitchen welcomes two or three families to North Vancouver. Centrally located, the house is 5 minutes drive to down town Vancouver, 4 minutes from West Vancouver beach, 3 minutes from Capilano Suspension Bridge, 2 minutes from Grouse Mountain and 1 minute to Cleveland Dam hiking trails. Quiet to relax after touring Vancouver or North Shore. Public transportation available to Lonsdale or Quay Market with variety of authentic cuisines. 5 min to rec center, swimming pools or tennis or soccer field. The house has EV Tesla Station. If you like ping pong, there is outdoor ping pong table to play. The house has TV and wall projector to enjoy cinema experience. AC make it more relaxing on a hot day or during the winter to quickly worm it up in addition to house heating.
