We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how convenient the location was for our return trip to the area. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Great visit. Thank you.
Very clean and and welcoming property, in a quite and safe neighborhood.Sophia's communication was top notch and the check-in process was fast and easy.
Indescribable! Backyard was so lush with gorgeous flowers and plants including a creek. Space was perfect and comfortable for the 2 couples. Lynn Creek area is amazing.
Sophia and Logan were great. Immediate communications, and helpful hints. The property was more than as advertised, considering that the sound of rushing water behind the house was a big bonus sitting on the deck. Absolutely beautiful setting surrounded by forest. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It has nice patio with heater and hot tub as well. It's 5 min drive from lynn valley center which was convenient.
Definitely recommend this VRBO, beautiful location & home. There are several steps on outside house to get in & rooms have different elevations so one must be careful not to trip.
This property was superlative in every way. The location is stunningly beautiful, with a backyard natural garden that backs up to a creek with waterfalls. The home is beautiful and modern, and its owner Sophia could not have been more kind and helpful. The only thing that we missed was a stove/oven, but the microwave was sufficient for us (and the kitchen is otherwise fully equipped). We did not want to leave, and hope to return soon!
Family friendly accommodation with a superb outdoor area. All rooms are a good size and comfortable. Our only problem was the kitchen and this is on us for not reading the listing fully. We didn't realize that there wasn't a stove and oven and only a bar fridge until a few days prior to check in and we had a pasta loving toddler with us. Sophia was kind enough to allow us to use a Coleman stove in the backyard to cook the pasta. Sophia was very accommodating and responsive.
Hot tub was not functioning despite being in listing. Shower did not drain so always standing in a few inches of dirty water. No glasses - only cups and wine glasses. There are a lot of changes in floor levels and the warnings for tripping hazards need to be placed at eye level - not on the ground. Location is great and nice to have parking. Lots of space.
Hastings Creek runs just behind the tiered backyard, surrounded by huge trees. It is a beautiful view from the patio or hot tub. Lots of patio furniture gave space for everyone. Both bedrooms are very large. The bathroom is small but it adjoins the laundry room which gives additional space. I would stay again.
The property was very clean and easy to access upon arrival. It was located in an area that made it easy to access a couple of hiking locations. The property was very nice and relaxing with outdoor space. There was no kitchen facility, only a microwave and small fridge but we knew this prior to reserving. The manager, Sophia, was very prompt in answering questions I had and providing information on the property.

Stayed at Lynn Valley Creekside suite with 6 adults. It was perfect. Comfortable. Lots of room. Modern. Super clean. Great bedding. 2 bathrooms. Brand new washer and dryer. Just like staying at someone’s home. We used the deck all the time. Comfy deck seating for all of us. Overlooking a beautiful garden, forest and creek. It was picture perfect. Our host was so incredibly responsive. Responded to emails within minutes and provided any supplies we needed within minutes. Superstar host. We’ve stayed at other VRBO’s- this one was by far the best overall experience. Thanks Sophia!
Great stay. The kids LOVED the access to the beautiful creek and trail. They also enjoyed the magnatiles and games. This felt like we were in the middle of the wilderness. A perfect location!
Overall a nice place and location. The only negative was at times it was noisy since the accommodations are in the basement and the owner lives above. You could hear people walking heavily and hear them talking as well.

My family of 5 chose this property (rather than a hotel) for the extra space, comfort, location and beautiful surroundings. We absolutely loved that it was tucked away in a green space, while very accessible to anything that you want to do while visiting Vancouver. The location of this property was a quick and easy drive to Capilano Bridge, Stanley Park, Canada Place and the highway leading to Whistler. Inside the house, we made use of the mini fridge for beverages or leftovers from eating out. After a long and busy day of sightseeing, we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. The sound of the creek behind the beautiful garden was very peaceful. Even though we didn't plan to do laundry on our vacation, the washer and dryer came in handy after our dip in the hot tub and a full day of hiking. The host was very responsive and friendly if we had any questions throughout our stay. My family would absolutely come back to stay at this house for our next visit to Vancouver. We highly recommend this property to others.

I would highly recommend that place for people loving forests. You walk out the door and there are those giant trees right above you, and the sound of rushing water drowns everything..., no photo can do it justice, it has to be seen. The feeling is you are in a cabin in the woods, not in a city. Beats any seaside view.
The place is spacious, you do not see the hosts, but they are very responsive - they lowered the temperature when we asked (the controls are above), there was bear spray on the counter when we arrived.
P.S.
I have also to mentioned that by accident (probably have added too much detergent) the dishwasher caused some flooding and I assume quite a bit of additional cleaning, but the hosts were chill about it.
