We offer for rent, in the town of Dinard, this charming apartment 300 m from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of ​​52 mÂČ and which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the ground floor, with a few steps to climb, it consists of a pretty living room of 30 mÂČ, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4 * hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

L'Eucalyptus "We enjoyed our weeks stay in Dinard. The location of the apartment is superb. Local to everything. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. We used the apartment as a place to sleep as we were out all day every day. We stayed as a family of four, two adults and two teenage girls. We found the place a little cramped and dark so wouldn’t have wanted to stay in the apartment for an extended period of time. We could t work out the dryer so reverted to the air dryer, this made the place feel damp and musty with laundry. I’m sure if we’d figured out the dryer all would have been fine. There is no parking so finding a space for a car is a challenge, the very small garage would only be suitable for a smart car or similar. No family car will fit in the space. The apartment is located with roads on two sides so it can be a little noisy if the windows are left open. Overall a positive experience, recommended as a base."

Rien ne manque dans ce bel appartement situĂ© Ă  2mn du centre ville. Le + garage Ă  disposition.Seul petit bĂ©mol, mĂȘme avec une petite voiture il faut faire beaucoup de manƓuvres pour entrer dans le garage . Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

L'Eucalyptus "Point nĂ©gatif Le logement est proposĂ© avec un garage mais le vĂ©hicule ne rentre pas. Il n’est pas prĂ©cisĂ© que seul le petit vĂ©hicule rentre et nous avons dĂ» aller se garer Ă  1km plus loin pour ne pas avoir Ă  payer le stationnement qui est exorbitant. Également le mĂ©nage fait par l’agence est imposĂ© ce qui ne me dĂ©range pas au prix de 70€ et la poussiĂšre n’est pas faite et pensez Ă  changer votre cafetiĂšre qui est dĂ©faillante et manque le bac Ă  capsule. Aussi impossible de se connecter Ă  la wifi. Dans le positif nous avons pu disposer du logement avec 1h30 d’avance et Virginie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante. L’environnement est magnifique et il est extrĂȘmement situĂ©."

L'Eucalyptus Excellent emplacement. L’appartement est prĂšs de tout Ă  pied, en centre-ville mais calme. Par contre il n’est pas facile de trouver une place pour stationner. C’est en rez de chaussĂ©e, les fenĂȘtres donnant directement sur le trottoir, on ne les a jamais ouvert. Il manque de dĂ©coration dans cet appartement pour le rendre agrĂ©able.

L'Eucalyptus "l'appartement est trÚs bien décoré et convivial. Il se situe dans un bon quartier, à proximité de restaurants et boulangerie sans oublier la plage. on peut tout faire à pied. Le petit plus est le Lidl qui de trouve à 8 minutes en voiture. par contre, l'appartement comprend un petit garage accessible que pour de petites voitures et que les parkings à proximités sont payants. Du coup, prévoir un peu de temps pour trouver une place gratuite. Prévoir des assaisonnements (sel, huile,...) si vous cuisinez. On a passé un bon moment. on reviendra avec plaisir. karima"
