"The hotel itself was great as well as the restaurant. Unsure how I didn’t know it was connected to a casino before booking but I was caught off guard when it felt like I was checking into the circus casino when it’s the same space as the hotel. Overall, location and everything was good but slightly uncomfortable leaving the hotel. Several sketchy characters lingered in the parking lot when we walked our bikes back and forth from the garage. If I felt more safe at the hotel and its surroundings, I would’ve given it 5 stars."

"A nice hotel in a very central and convenient location in the town. There was a fridge and kettle, but you had to put it on the floor to plug it in as there was no other socket (needs an extension). There was only one small cup, two glasses but one was dirty, no spoons, and no tea, coffee or sugar etc. Not very welcoming. The luggage rack was broken. Otherwise a nice room and good-sized bathroom."

"Petite chambre très propre et confortable, magnifique emplacement tout près de la citadelle, maximum 10 min de voiture du centre de Namur. Téléphérique disponible pas très loin mais heures d'ouverture de fermeture à surveiller."

"Hotel was lovely clean and quiet with great amenities. Pool and spa were fun. Only negative was we booked a certain room and they didn’t have it available when we checked in so we ended up with 2 different rooms. It didn’t matter too much for one night tho. Friendly staff"
