WINTER: Ski resorts in every direction!! Grab your skis and walk across the street to the free ski shuttles with several buses servicing Summit County. This condo is centrally located for access to multiple ski resorts/multiple passes. **Keystone Resort 7 miles, Breckenridge 16 miles, Arapahoe Basin 11 miles, Copper Mountain 13 miles. After a long day of skiing come home to a fireplace and all the necessary amenities for a delicious meal at the large family sized dining table.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean, beds very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
Amazing property and location, exactly as advertised!
The condo was clean and modern, perfect fit for our group for the weekend. Our host was communicative and check in was easy. It’s the perfect distance to the amphitheater and other attractions in Dillon, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Our whole stay here was wonderful. Rental was beautiful and clean and worked great for our family. Close to town and lake and beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful, we had some weather roll in and host was very responsive during changing plans.

This stay had all the details of a fine hotel with the comfort of a home. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The couch and beds were so, so comfortable. Close walking proximity to the amphitheater, lake, farmer's market, and restaurants.
PROS: The property location is absolutely ideal with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Kitchen and baths were well appointed with all the standard necessities. Nice and fluffy towels. AMAZING views from the balcony. The couch was super comfy for a lazy afternoon. Great garage parking!
CONS: Bed was average comfortable {a simple addition of a mattress topper would be a huge improvement}. The pillows could use a refresh, mine had a weird odor. The shade in the master bedroom did not provide adequate coverage around the edge of the window so the light from the unit across the street and the sunlight in the early morning shone right into the room making sleep an issue. We knew the unit was non-A/C so expected to sleep with the windows open in the evening. If you are a light-sleeper like me BRING EAR PLUGS. The street noise is loud (people taking, cars driving by, dogs barking) and made it difficult to sleep. I know this is out of the property owner's control and would not be an issue in the winter months.

Great place to stay. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, super convenient parking in basement and elevator to condo. Spotless clean. All amenities you can think of. Loved the fire place. Easy communication and good instructions from host.
Best place we have stayed at in more than twenty year’s of visiting the area.
We came for a concert on Lake Dillon and this condo was two blocks away from the lake and pavilion. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful and comfy furnishings with an incredible view of the mountains from the deck. We will definitely be back.
This was the best spot we have stayed in Dillon. We go up every year for our annual trip, and we loved this spot. The owner was super responsive, flexible, and made our stay wonderful! Will be staying here everytime we come up to Dillon in the future!
