Very cozy, clean and well equiped place in the center of Dillon, CO. We had wonderful time skiing in Keystone and exploring close-by area. Hope to return soon.

Great location in Dillon
Centrally located, close to everything, the condo was very nice and clean. I would stay there again. Climbing the stairs every time when going out, loading and unloading the luggage could be a bit challenging, given the high altitude, but all fine and manageable.

The perfect homebase for a Rocky Mountain adventure
This place had everything we needed and was right in the middle of Dillon. Having Frisco, Breckenridge, Georgetown, Copper Mountain, A-Basin all within 30-40 minutes was amazing. We packed every day with adventures and minimal drive time. We also went over the Loveland pass for a spectacular view. When we come back to Dillon, this will be the first place we will try to reserve. Looking forward to many more memories that start with this place. Thank you!
Incredible!!! If we knew what we know now when we booked, we would have stayed the whole week here!! Wonderful home. Gorgeous view. Ample everything, even ziploc bags in the kitchen. Don’t hesitate. LOVED IT!! Home away from home
Great spot for a family stay skied copper and a basin and location was perfect!

Yes! Yes! Yes!❤️
This home was EXTREMELY WONDERFUL. Beyond thoughtful with the kitchen items, towels, even little toiletries. Seriously a home away from home. We came for a 25th anniversary trip, not really knowing anything about Colorado. We basically stayed two nights in 4 different locations. If we knew then, what we know now, we would have stayed the whole week here and drive to the sites. Top notch. Beautiful, quiet home.

We loved the condo, how well it was furnished and all the supplies. Great location for ski resorts
Great stay, very comfortable condo, fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils; board games were fun. We enjoyed the ski resorts and proximity of stores and restaurants
We stayed here for a concert thinking it was walking distance but the venue is a bit far. Nice condo but a few things to be aware of. First off, the unit smells of cigarettes which you smell every time you come back into the unit. Not having AC in the summer, windows have to be opened which didn’t cool enough for a comfortable sleep even with fans. Poor see could have been due to the highway noise which runs close to the unit so hearing trucks all night long . This would be a better unit for winter when the windows are closed. Beware if renting during the summer. You are also upstairs in a commercial section which wasn’t apparent from the listing.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location
Dillion stay
Property was nice with plenty of space. Cablevision did not work on 3 of the 4 TV's
We have never been here before and it was better than my expectations. Dillon is nestled between snow capped mountains and a lake, making it so picturesque. Plus had some fun restaurants all close at hand. Great coffee shops. What more could you ask for in a town?
The condo that we stayed in was in a shopping center so that was a bit disappointing, but it was clean and good price, as well as cute inside. Glad that we stayed there and would do it again!
The property was clean and bright with a gas fireplace that made for a pleasant apres ski atmosphere every evening. The location was very convenient to Copper and A Basin, and Breckinridge and shopping and, and, and. There was no hot tub - at least not one we could find - which was contrary to the posting so that was a little disappointing but overall it was a comfortable pleasant spot. The kitchen is very well equipped, the tv is big, there are three bathrooms. We had a very nice stay.

Dillon condo
Great location. Vacasa staff not very responsive when checking in. Took 25 minutes to get in condo. Property mgmt said there were previous issues with the lock, yet nobody checked in on us to make sure we got in the condo
TL;DR – Multiple health and safety issues that were not addressed or resolved by Vacasa in a timely manner for our family to safely use all areas of the house.
The issues with this rental began as soon as we walked in the unlocked and open front door of the condo at approximately 8pm. The lock box was open and a key was missing. After a quick check to determine that there were no intruders or signs of a burglary, we immediately called Vacasa. The local team called back more than 12 hours later. This condo doesn’t have any way to secure the door from the inside, so anyone with a stolen key could have walked right in at any time. Our young kids planned to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. We had them sleep upstairs instead, and used one of the kid’s ski poles to secure the door. The missing key was eventually tracked to the local Vacasa property manager who took it home with him and forgot to lock the door. After taking a day off, he returned the key on our 3rd day. Then, when we filled the dishwasher on our 4th night, we noticed the sink beginning to fill up with dirty water and food waste. The garbage disposal in this unit didn’t work, and the drain had become blocked from all of the dishwasher food waste. Again, we called the Vacasa call center. The following day the local Vacasa property manager (the same guy who forgot to lock the front door) texted and said he would be sending out a contractor that day. I told him we would be out skiing, but that it was fine to enter the condo for the repairs. The contractor never showed. Despite roughly a dozen calls and texts to the Vacasa call center, I heard nothing back for the rest of our stay. So, for the last 3 days of our vacation, my family had to eat, drink and prepare our food in a small kitchen with a sink that was filled with rancid water and rotting food waste. Things you shouldn’t need to tell a professional property management company:
1. Lock the door when you leave the property.
2. Put the keys back where they belong.
3. Make sure the kitchen sink works, and get it fixed immediately if it doesn’t.
4. Don’t make promises you can’t or won’t keep
5. Don’t have a 24 hour call center when there is no one available locally to take care of issues promptly.
6. Kleenex and laundry detergent are not luxury items , and guests paying these rental prices have a reasonable expectation that they’ll be provided. They weren’t – we had to go buy our own, by far the least of the problems we encountered.
Well stocked and especially appreciated the full supply of paper products, zip bags, detergent.Carpet has seen better days and area rug really needs a good cleaning. Dark flooring looked clean at first but when wiping up a water spill the first day, it clearly had not been cleaned.Towels and sheets were very clean as were bathrooms.
