It took. 3 different rooms to get a decent room. 1st room had 1/2 water on bathroom floor. 2nd room had bed bugs. 3 rd room looked like someone was staying in it but I was so exhausted I accepted it and. Also I was afraid what else would be found in another room

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Checked into the hotel, got to my room and the second I opened the door it immediately smelt like animal urine, heard a crunch under my feet because there were bugs running around absolutely everywhere. There were cigarettes burns and stains on the bedding. Gathered my things and my daughter and checked out not even ten minutes after having checked in.

My daughter had to sleep in the car with our dog because the people next door were very loud until 2:30 in the morning. Other than that the room was clean. The ceiling was peeling. The people at the desk were friendly and efficient.

I would give zero stars if I could. We got to the motel late in the night. There were a bunch of sketchy people outside. I felt very unsafe as soon as we got there. When we walked into our room it immediately smelled like straight mildew. We pulled back the sheets and the bed was very damp and cold. (Not sure if that had to do with the air conditioner and mildew). I called the front desk and immediately asked for a refund because I didn’t want us to get sick from the atmosphere. I will have to say the staff member working that night was amazing and quick to refund me which makes me wonder if this is a frequent issue. I definitely would not recommend anyone stay here if you care about your health and safety.

- Broken picture frame - Chipped ceiling paint - Wet wash cloth on floor - Refrigerator / freezer didn't work - White spots on left side of TV/refrigerator cabinet - Bath room fan "screamed" while it was running - Four bedroom but only two bath towels - Only one ice maker for entire hotel and on first floor - Smallest "breakfast room" I have ever seen. Only two tables and when five people were in there we were "on top of each other" and had to wait for access to anything. - Which then meant there was no hot food even though the heating pans were on -just empty. We were in there only one hour after breakfast opened and there was still another hour and a half before breakfast "closed". - So the Burger King three stores to the left was luckily there and that was amazing!!! So fast, so friendly and all food was hot and ready as well as the coffee. In case you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to stay at this hotel which was our situation at the time. If there was a "Zero or Negative Star option" I would haver chose THAT!

We only reserved one night and left at 5am but fridge was dirt with food and its drawer dirt with kind of juice. Sheets were cleaned but with burning marks. Shower and bath ceiling have black mold.

Well Check out is technically at 11 AM. We checked in at 8 o’clock at night. We go into the first room and someone had urinated on the toilet seat and didn’t flush the toilet and there was food that was not discarded in the fridge. The second room the floors were Not swept I’m really dirty. The smell in the room we came from the dirty refrigerator that had spilled liquid that was never cleaned out for God knows how long and in the bathroom somebody left a dirty washcloth on top of the shower curtain rod!!! Absolutely no excuse for it to be that disgusting
