"Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. "It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "
