Private: property 4 ha (fenced), wildlife garden and flowers, natural garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room. Parking (for 6 cars). Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, bar 500 m, bus stop 5 m, railway station "Dicomano" 500 m, bathing lake "Bilancino" 30 km.
