The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. "Very good hotel near the main arras of Florence. Great coffee shop nearby and close to the tram and buses as well as the major sites. Everything worked- air conditioned, bathrooms etc no issues. Recommend this hotel"
