"We stayed here for 3 nights as it was reasonable and gave us good proximity to the Roosevelt Library and National Park. It is an old hotel but we had a very nice room that looked newer or updated. The bed was great as was the shower, It was dark and quiet. One of the reasons we picked it was because it also had a lounge that served food and drink. However, the hotel seems significantly understaffed as one gal did all the bartending and food serving. This was clearly once a really terrific place that could use better management or a real make-over."

"We were a late check in. When we went to shower, we noticed the shower liner was filthy. I contacted the front desk and the clerk immediately came up and removed the liner. We were provided a new liner the next morning. The hotel management saved the liner to show the housekeeping staff and it was discussed at morning meeting. New liners were provided to all housekeeping staff."
