Front desk person was very friendly, but hotel is in the need of some maintenance/cleaning. Elevator extremely noisy, almost gonna fall apart at any moment. Our room was OK, except when we got in there our toilet would not flush, which is frustrating I had to go get a plunger from the front desk person They do have good breakfast and we love Santa’s chain just was a little disappointed in this location.

Upon check in the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. I don't remember the gentleman at the front desk but he made sure I had a first floor too since I was traveling alone. Bed was also comfy after a long day of traveling. And complimentary breakfast is always a plus!

This was an excellent experience from the moment I walked through the door. I had been driving all day and the hotel manager greeted me with a big smile and made me feel very welcome. Everything at the hotel and in the nearby vicinity appeared new, neat, and clean, and the room reflected this. The rate for was also very reasonable.
