"I was headed to town and got a terrible phone call saying I had to rush back home. As I’m headed back home I’m trying to cancel my room on the app and was uncle to die to the 24 hr policy (which I understand) so I try to call the hotel but my service was horrible and couldn’t make the call. So I decided to call the next day when I handled my family emergency. Long story short they ended up charging me instead of waiving the fee for missing reservation. It’s much more I can include. The GM IS rude and treats customers horrible."
