The apartment consists of a single living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a comfortable balcony equipped with awning and outdoor table and chairs as well as a ceiling fan. The full bath has been recently refurbished and has a shower cabin. The apartment has a wall-mounted TV with digital terrestrial and satellite system (no decoder). The condominium washing machine is available in the building.
