"Love our host who is super friendly and helpful and go all the way to make sure our stay is comfortable. He made great restaurant recommendation as well. When we left, I forgot a pair of shoes at his place. He called me multiple times to make sure that I could come back to pick up my shoes. The breakfast he and his staff prepared were delicious. We are grateful to be taken care by him and his taff."

"Absolutely amazing property. This was the last stop on our 5 week tour of southern Italy and Sicily, and a perfect way to end our trip. Our room was beautiful, super comfortable and well appointed, stepping right out onto the patio with infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Staff and owner Sergio were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with fresh cooked to order options. Thoroughly recommended."

"Clean property, comfortable. Fantastic view from small balcony. A/C unit works well. Access to beach is challenging, steep and uneven. No beach chairs or umbrellas. Property not far from city center, with shopping and restaurants. Ask for unit number when you arrive for efficient check-in."

"We received a very warm welcome and assistance for parking my car and took our luggage from the car to our room. The room was outstanding clean and the largest room in our month long stay in Italy. It is a true castle we felt like a king and queen. "

"We had no hot water over night. There was a round toilet seat that was smaller than the oblong Italian toilet. The entire bathroom floor and part of the room floor had water all over it after taking a shower."
