"Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. A lady arrived an hour later, briefly handed us the key, and rushed off. Inside, the bed sheets were used and stained, with no towels or toilet paper provided. My wife developed a rash from the dirty bedding—thankfully, we found a pharmacy for...

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty.
