"Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended."

"1 year old hotel but very clean and fresh. Manager was very friendly and helpful. You can rent e scooter for 8000kyat a day, which is really nice because all the pagodas are quite spreed out.

This is exceptionally well priced and you would pay a great deal more if closer to town for the same comfort. "Saw Nyein San was the highlight of our entire trip to Myanmar. The amazing, friendly, generous staff run a very clean, comfortable guesthouse, and are very helpful with any travel needs. Our room was clean, insect-free, and had strong A/C - everything you'd want in a Burmese guesthouse.
