Wonderful vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 3 queen beds in three bedrooms and a bunk bed with 2 full-size mattresses in the 4th bedroom. Bonus: beach chairs, a kayak and crab traps. Parking included - 2 reserved spaces in Condominium parking lot located in front of home + 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit (for parking off-premises). Pelican Paradise is a non-smoking property. MINI-WEEKS (3 night minimum) ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH JUNE AND AFTER AUGUST 25TH! Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Dog friendly with $300 minimum pet fee and signed addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
