It was an good location. Very quiet and the hosts responded to any issues. They we very friendly hosts, and helped with any questions making good restaurant and cafe suggestions. The laundry facilities were great. Perhaps a bit of exterior maintenence needed but that did not distract from the stay. Thank you

Helen at reception was lovely and only too happy to help. Room was clean, bathroom was great, parking right outside your room. Don’t you wish other guests were more considerate with talking outside their room of a night and when leaving at 5am in the morning.

Classic, clean and welcoming
Very nice, simple accommodation. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice location for exploring Devonport or making the morning sailing of the Spirit of Tasmania.

This place was great!! Room was ready an hour early which was a real treat. Easy drive to lots of food venues and a lovely beach. Location cannot be beat! Would definetly stay here again. We only stayed one night to drive to nearby Lillico Beach to see the Penguins at night and it was a good choice!

We were greeted by the friendly manager who gave us great information re local dining options. The room was very clean, the shower was great & bed very comfortable.

The property is in a good location, we did find that the ground floor unit we had did not have opening windows at the back and only a small wind out window over the door the unit was very stuffy. Also the family units need to have a wash basin in the bathroom to allow you to wash your hands, shave, clean teeth in a basin separate from where you have to wash your dishes.

Hi Alan the 2nd bedroom also have wind out windows above the main window. Regarding the wash basin, it seem that's the way they have build this motel in the earlier days and maybe their intention was not for guest to wash dishes in the basin. Not sure?RegardsLizette

It was very close to the walking path alongside the water. Everything you needed in a motel. Nice chairs, table and a sofa and good lighting.

Great value accommodation
Good sized room with nice bathroom and excellent water pressure in shower. Good choice of TV channels. Pillows a bit soft for me. Very quiet but still only a short walk to the waterfront and foot outlets. The owners very helpful with information about the area.

Spacious clean room with all you can need. Very efficient with their communication. I had to check in after hours and they made it simple PLUS they had gone in and turned on the heating so I arrived to a nice warm room on a pretty cold night. Good value for money for a business traveller. Lovely area to go for a walk - so peaceful and safe.
