"A great family celebration in a central location for folks arriving from three states. The house was super clean and there were plenty of comfy beds for all. Communication was easy and the host was quick to answer any little questions. The one drawback, which the host had warned us about, was that someone had left doors open previously and there were quite a few flies inside. We purchased fly swatters and left them as a gift to future renters. The cabin was a perfect set up for our group of 10 plus a toddler. The trestle table plus additional main floor and/or patio seating was the perfect set up for group meals. Just a few minutes drive into Baraboo to pick up groceries at Baraboo Fresh Market. We also had tasty snacks and drinks one afternoon at the Tumbled Rock Kitchen and Brewery and later ordered pizzas to take out for the whole bunch, conveniently located just down the road.Part of the group headed to Spring Green to tour The Frank Lloyd Wright estate, Taliesin, one day and the other half did some hiking and exploring in Devil's Lake State Park. Just perfect. We'd definitely recommend."
