"Rooms where dirty and dusty , staff was friendly my son room had bed bugs we told the the personal and she acted like she didn’t care , I had stay there before one of the reason we went back was to staff friendly and clean room this time sooooo disappointed the condition of the rooms and how the staff (not everyone) acted like they knew and didn’t care that was a shame cuz the place and surroundings areas are amazing , they lost a customer and would not be using that place again …. "

"We did not stay here after finding our room. I'm 69 years old and cannot do stairs. No elevator there. The parking lot was filled with cars and trucks revving up the engines. People smoking pot and drinking beer. It was like downtown Chicago. No place for the grandkids to be. We asked for a refund because there was no way we could stay. Turned in our Waterpark wristbands and they wouldn't refund us."
