"This is a well-maintained property. The bed was comfortable. I like that it’s just outside main Sedona. You don’t deal with the traffic of central Sedona. Walking distance to several very good restaurants. We used the hot tub after dinner and it was great. The breakfast is all carb type food…no protein but still good and the facility felt clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again!"

"Property was well located. Rooms and property are dated with older cabinetry, etc. Parking can be challenging. Didn't like the marketing pitch for a timeshare seminar -- compensation offered was different for each participant depending on how much you paid for your room. Early check out at 10am was a little rushed. If we would have participated in the 9am sales pitch, we would have had to check out by 8:45am which did not work for us. No later checkout for attending sales pitch. The sale solicitation really dragged out the check-in process."

"Great 5 night stay! This property is everything we expected. So convenient to everything, restaurants, shopping and trails. Extremely clean and extremely PRIVATE. It’s small but very cozy. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple in Love. A lot of thought went into providing a spot for seclusion and privacy and comfort. The rear entrance is set apart by a quaint covered porch with privacy gate, nice table and chairs with a grill (I did steaks one night). Trees frame the porch for complete privacy. The Kitchenette is small but very workable. The place is tastefully decorated in “Sedona colors” and as stated, VERY clean. There are very nice hiking trails within 100 yards of the property. One of the things I took for granted but you see over and over in the reviews…. The snacks and drinks. The host is extremely generous with snacks that are on the go. And a very nice selection of beverages for the “after the hiking” time. Evenings were wonderful on the back porch with charcuterie and wine. The host is responsive to any communication but fully respects and provides great privacy. One of the more enjoyable VRBO experiences! Recommend!!!"

"The property was nice and quiet and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, they even drew the quickest route to our room. They offered activities such as star gazing and yoga at no cost which is a nice add on. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very basic with limited equipment. For food the rascal is the only option but if you cross the street you have Safeway right there and a bunch of other places that you can walk to. We also walked to the sugarloaf trailhead and did some of those trails. (It’s a 20ish min walk from the hotel) "

"The location was perfect - West Sedona. We were able to make many easy stops at a local grocery store to replenish our food supplies, and found lots of great restaurants in Sedona. The layout of the house with the master on one side and the other king-bed bedroom on the other worked perfectly for our 2 couple trip. There were no stairs and a very large center kitchen/dining/living area - perfection. "

"This was our home for five days during a women's retreat and it delivered in every way that matters. The space was even more impressive in person than the photos suggested, which is rare. We had nine women and never once felt crowded. The layout, the bathrooms, the common areas all held our group beautifully. Mighty Tree was attentive and proactive throughout our stay. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and surprised us mid-stay with a thoughtful gift for the fireplace. It was one of those small gestures that made the whole experience feel genuinely cared for rather than just transactional. For a women's retreat requiring both private space and shared gathering areas, this property delivered. We'd return."
