Located in a desirable West Sedona neighborhood, it is near hiking trails, grocery stores and restaurants. There are gorgeous views of the red rocks in almost every direction. You will also find biking trails, wilderness areas, the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park and some of Sedonas Vortex sites a short distance away. Tlaquepaque, The Chapel and Uptown are only a short drive from the house. This property does not allow smoking on the premises.

The location is perfect, you can do several hikes from the house and get to two grocery stores without getting on the main road! The house is well equipped and very cozy. Would stay there again.

We love this warm and inviting spot! It is a perfect place to build life long memories with family and friends. The location is superb as hiking, groceries, Sedona’s Sunday farmer’s market, art finds, etc are all within walking distance. The hosts (Sandy and Jeff) are great at communicating and will help out with anything that is needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing red rock views at this convenient west side home. Lots of room choices for the family and all the comforts home. It was great to meet Sandy at the trail work day which was the main reason for our short visit.

Sandy was a fantastic host. The house did not disappoint. Everything about it was very thoughtful for what a guest would need and then some! The snacks and water were perfect and so appreciated as were all the guide books!!We enjoyed hiking, a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and renting mountain bikes to take on some of the amazing trails in Sednona! We will be back!

Just left after a long weekend at this property and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was neat as a pin and very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and the stargazing at night was terrific. Highly recommend this listing if you are planning a trip to beautiful Sedona.

This property was ideal for our needs--beautifully laid out and decorated home, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor lounge, cooking and dining space, and breathtaking views of Sugarloaf. We particularly appreciated being able to walk 3 blocks to a nice trail head, and not have to deal with the parking or shuttle hassles at so many Sedona trails this busy week. Communication with the host was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was ideal- 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to a grocery store, coffeeshop and brewery. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

This was our first time to Sedona and we are so glad we chose this house to stay in! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sandy has been taking very good care of this rental and it shows. It is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the backyard, access to the trails with just a short walk, and an overall convenient location. If we come back to Sedona, we would be thrilled to stay here again. The house is amazing, the location is amazing, the views are amazing. We loved everything about this property. Sandy was an excellent host and the house had all the conveniences of home and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into this vacation rental.
