"It was so cold as soon as I entered the room, and the floor was so cold that I couldn't walk barefoot. The bathroom glass was broken, and the broken ventilator was too noisy. The biggest problem was that when I compared the picture of "hotel.com" with the picture I took, I thought it was a completely different hotel. I'll never use it again."

"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German. Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you.
