Everyone we encountered — from the parking attendants in the self-parking area and valet, to the front desk staff and housekeeping — went out of their way to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were, not only about the casino itself, but also about the surrounding area and local dining options. Their friendly guidance made our experience smooth and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hollywood Casino for the care and attention you show your guests. "Clean, beautiful hotel with classic Art Deco with a twist of modern style. Everything was great including matcha lattes in the lobby bar and location to all the great restaurants in downtown. Only issue was average water pressure in shower."

"Very convenient to airport"

"Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. "
