Everything was great for the most part. Staff, amenities, food quality at restaurants, etc. The only issue was inconsistency with the cleaning staff. They often missed replacing some towels, restocking utensils for coffee, and I found long hair in the bathroom multiple days after they had been in. I’m completely bald and traveled alone so definitely didn’t come from me.

Due to Mother’s Day I suppose, dining on Saturday night and Sunday not available at Hamilton as expected per website. Nice eateries across the street.

The Valet Crashed the car, and stole from our car! Also double charged for the valet, and will not answer me after I seen the extra charge on my account. Completely unprofessional, definitely not 5 star not even two. The amount of damage done to the car and things stolen I could’ve literally got a 5 star trip out of the country. The place or the valet needs to be shut down.

I absolutely loved this hotel !! The staff was AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend! The restaurant on the main floor was to die for so delicious! Only thing is I wish there was better parking.

Tried to get early check in, was told my account was noted, called that morning to confirm early check in, was told not a problem at the time I was looking for, then when I arrive they know nothing have nothing notated. Loved my first stay here, this time not so much.

My wife and I had a very good experience staying 1 night at this hotel. It's in an area in which the development is ongoing. However, it was very safe and quiet. The hotel seems to be well ran, designed, and very modern. I

Disappointed by Noise and Lack of Accountability. My recent stay was far from the luxurious experience I expected from a supposed 5-star property. Despite the initial impression of elegance upon check-in, my night's rest was rudely interrupted by loud music and screaming singing, originating from outside the hotel premises. When I approached the staff for assistance, I was met with denial and indifference, as they failed to acknowledge the disturbance or offer any meaningful resolution. Adding insult to injury, the lack of transparency regarding additional charges only compounded my frustration. It's disappointing that a hotel boasting such high standards would fall short in both service and accountability. Overall, I cannot recommend based on my experience. Management should take proactive measures to address noise disturbances promptly and ensure transparent communication with guests regarding fees.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Parking was a disaster. I opted for the valet parking because it was easier than figuring out a place to park. It took a day for me to realize the switch panel controlled the tv. Also , I couldn’t call out from the room for room service. There should be a guide for how-to’s in the room.
