Perfect size, location and great host.

Had to be in Detroit area for a few days - a combination of work, and heathcare for a loved one. This property was perfectly located, well-appointed, convenient, and the hosts were so helpful. I'll definitely go back! Thank you!

Exactly what’s expected

This is my second time booking this property and it’s still a great place for a getaway. The property is clean and well put together. The property manager was quick to respond if I had any issues and were open to communicate If any plans change. Will be coming back!

Comfy & Convenient

The condo unit is in a great location, clean, and is stocked with little things to help your stay, such as coffee, tea, creamer, paper towel, dishes, ironing board, blow dryer, etc. The condo community is very quiet and peaceful. After long busy days, it was nice to come back to a comfy bed and peaceful community.

Great place!

Beautiful place and close to Downtown Royal Oak. It’s very quiet and clean. Host communication was quick and efficient. Definitely worth booking again!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

Host answered all inquiries in short order. Property is clean and well-appointed. Luxurious shower. Convenient location no more than 30 minutes from any point in metro Detroit. Sure to stay again for our next visit.

Super cute 1- bedroom, full kitchen apartment

This place is really cute! It's aging a big and could use some updates regarding shower tile, etc, but very comfortable and a good location for our needs.We were unable to do laundry in the common area, as no key was available as described. Also, 2 people opened our door, not knowing we were there at the time. This was the property manager (not the VRBO people) wanting to show the super cute place to a possible renter. That was disconcerting, but not the VRBO's fault. That's it for now!!

Warning Before Renting Scammed for 1K Deposit

I communicated with the owner before renting and throughly discussed my itinerary . I agreed to a one thousand dollar deposit that was debited on my card the day of arrival. we used the property for four hours and was totally shocked when the host wrote me and accused me of trashing the placed. I informed her that I had pictures and videos proving the condition. we left the house i. and asked her to call me which she never did. I have never paid a deposit on a Vrbo home but thought nothing too much of it because I knew I would get it right back. Unfortunately I am now battling with vrbo over the matter, According to a couple of other people who have rented this location in the past the host accusing renters of messing up the place and forfeiting their deposit has happened several times before which I’m starting to believe is a scam to keep people money. I have rented hundreds of properties before and have a pretty good ranking. I will continue to fight this but warning renters the host will charge your card a 1k deposit the minute you check in and find a false reason to keep it! Be aware!
