Clean room, good parking. Staff was not willing to replenish coffee for kitchen. I used the two packets the first day. I did not know this was an extended stay property. Coffee was available in the lobby.

Wonderful stay

My stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean. I will plan to stay there again- more than an overnight stay. I also like the fact that if I wanted to cook something, the appliances in the room will allow me to do so. (spacious refrigerator, countertop stove, microwave and toaster is available for use in the room. The shower was also spacious

Only the staff was nice

Last minute trip and didn’t want to spend a ton, so I booked here. Every staff person I talked to was friendly and nice, but between the filthy floors, nails sticking out from bed, and AC leaking into a huge puddle on the floor (they did come look at it quickly), I wouldn’t come back. They only offer room cleaning with 7-night stays, which doesn’t bother me only staying for 3, but is likely off putting for many.

We had 5 rooms for a group travel; everyone stated the cleanliness was poor, and 2 of the rooms had (many) dead ants in the tub. We will not return to this location.

Very sparse hotel, small bathroom, no frills, no breakfast. Property is difficult to get in and out of. Broken glass in parking lot. Most importantly, don't stay here unless you want to get woken up in the middle of the night every night with people yelling in the hallways.

Run for the Hills!

This hotel and it staff are horrible. This hotel, the hallway smell like steel cigarettes, and the employee male with longer hair smells like alcohol. The sheets are scuffed up stained and the rooms have no valances. The Property General Manager Eric Waitrovich is aggressive. He has a problem with with gas that booked through a third-party service. He absolutely hates these third-party bookings sites and is angry at the company on a corporate level made the agreement with But don’t worry, you can file a claim with IHG customer relations, and they will make sure you get your refund and it also launch an investigation against his behavior and bias.
