  • Newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed. This urban townhouse is located on a quiet street right off Woodward and between I-75 and the Lodge (M-10) expressways. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and Hart Plaza and 5 minutes to Hamtramck (the best dive bars), as well as walking distance to Tenacity Brewery and the People Food Co-op. The location is centrally located to all the fun Detroit has to offer!

    I will happily share details on the best bars and restaurants not to be missed.

    The property is connected to another townhome, because of this, the property will not accommodate any parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours at property: 11:00p.m.-8:00a.m
