The staff were pleasant, the room cozy. Unfortunately, we were there during a power outage affecting a large part of the city, so the room temperature was not ideal and the tv wasnt operable. Despite that, the hotel was fine.

The hotel is decently maintained and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is that the hotel does not promote quiet in the parking lot, as people are frequently talking outside late.

This is an average hotel. Please do not take my wrong. It is just the fact this is a hotel for a quick stay before you flight out of Detroit Metro Airport. Front desk guy was friendly and did his job.

We stayed one night and it was somewhat run down but comfortable, The toilet seat was loose and there was no soap dish in the shower. Other than that it was ok.

The staff was friendly and respectful, the room was clean and a.c. worked. I would like a place to put my toiletries when taking a shower but, the fridge and microwave was fine. I liked there were so many cameras around. The only bad thing about this place is the area, not the safest neighborhood.

The hotel is clearly dated and it appears there are people living there but the area was always clean, the room was acceptabley clean, and the staff were very helpful. Please note, they do place a $50 hold on your card as a security deposit. Mine was back the same day I checked out though.
