Lovely 3 BR Home w/ Backyard - Sleeps 6

This beautifully updated Royal Oak ranch features three comfortable bedrooms and 1,200 square feet of living space. The kitchen was renovated in 2022 and features granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, two styles of coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you're at home. The living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa for lounging and a large smart TV to unwind with your favorite shows. The backyard is fully fenced and equipped with a propane grill, deck with pergola and string lights, and comfy outdoor furniture. Finally, we're just a 5-minute drive from Corewell Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, 10 minutes from the downtowns of Birmingham/Royal Oak/Ferndale, and only a 25-minute drive to all that Downtown Detroit has to offer.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi, smart TV in living room, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a kids bedroom with bunk beds, fresh linens, in-home washer/dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor deck with a propane grill. Please send us a message with any questions you may have!

A wonderful stay had all that was needed in the house very comfortable on a busy road and a very narrow driveway we had 2 cars so my brother would pull in the car backwards so the front of the car was facing forward toward the street so that it easier to pull out on the road some suggestions- blinds in the kitchen and in the living room in the back of the VRBO for privacy and it would help with heating and cooling bills we stayed there almost 2 weeks the beds were not so comfortable I had a hard time sleeping otherwise it was a great stay and I would stay there again Atam was a good host and answered back quit with any questions or concerns I had

Girlfriend’s Weekend

We were pleased with the look of this rental. It was very easy to reach the owner if I had questions. I rented the place for a girls weekend with two other girls that I worked with 20 years ago. The place was clean, the kitchen had supplies we needed and there were several places we could come together and talk, notably and very comfortable. If we do this again next year, I would stay here again. I want to give a shout out to Atam as he was very easy to contact and gave us the ability to check out later as our friend from Minnesota had a later flight..
