The room was not cleaned when I informed the desk staff made several excuses, still took an additional 4 1/2 hours almost 5 hours to get a clean pillow. I requested clean Lennon didn’t get back till the next day struggled for the right size sheets environment was extremely noisy.

The room was spotless. The staff upon check in was great. The only issue was every morning the cleaning staff was super loud in the hall, I couldn’t rest. Also, due to the patrons smoking outside the smell came in the window. Although my stay wasn’t horrible, I probably won’t stay again because of the loud cleaners.

With no breakfast, this was a deal breaker! False advertising. I wouldn't have stayed here. Also, Saturday night / Sunday early morning, the hotel guests were very noisy. Around 1-2:30 am there were many young kids in the hall banging on the door of the room next to my room. Disturbed my sleep 😴. The room was clean yet there wasn't any toilet paper.

THERE WERE ROACHES!!! We listened to kids running up and down the hallway. We heard a guest shouting demands for a refund, yelling "call the Southfield Police!!". Guests had dogs-- big ones. Bulldogs: these weren't support or service animals. An absolute abomination.

There was no key to the room so we were told to call the desk to lock up each time we wanted to leave the room. There was no water or handles for the bathroom shower.
