Overall it was vary nice staff was very nice BUT!!! the room had used cups under the bed or socks dirty socks... But everything else was good would go back

Horrible experience and service. The room smelled bad. Never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets or changed the towels for 3 nights stay even though I reclaimed the front desk. The manager was no where to talk to . At the middle of the night they made me go down to the front desk to get clean towels .

Broken chair
I ended up on the floor after i leaned back in the broken desk chair that was in the room. I told the front desk anout it and they didn't seem to care about my injury or replacing the broken chair. Not cool!

Our stay was very good. We would liked to have had more towels in the bathroom (only 2 bath/shower towels).Also, we said hello to one of the cleaning staff in the hallway when we went to breakfast who did not return our greeting, but just stared at us (very unfriendly).

Needing to use a key card to turn in bathroom lights is poor. You can’t just turn on the backlight for the bathroom mirror without turning on the overhead. Also, no maid service between days.
