The restaurant wasn’t open the days we stayed Sunday evening and Monday. The only saving grace was a cross the street there are a couple restaurants.

When I come to Michigan I always stay here! Very nice and clean, staff is excellent. In a good safe area, walking distance to local shopping centers and a movie theatre.

Clean property and very nice staff. I stayed the night of NYE - I explained that I was planning on a quiet night, and they gave me a top floor room at the end of the hall. I was also allowed to check in an hour early, and checkout was quick and easy. Will definitely book here again.

This trip was horrible I’m trying to reach you all right now for a refund I was put on a floor with a team of teenage boys that banged on my door and ran at least 10 times triggering my grandsons adhd Asperger’s syndrome I requested another room and was put next door to a crying baby all day and all night and I have to drive another 12 hours

Novi Solo Mission
Hilton Garden Inn in Novi was a wonderful stay. The receptionists to the bartender (Tica) were all SUPER friendly and accomodating. I loved the festive feel of the lobby for the holiday season. Nothing but good things to say regarding my stay!

I absolutely had the best check in, and to be asked which floor id like to stay on was a surprise and a pleasure to here; the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; the rooms are clean, beautiful and I could relax and enjoy my 2 day stay I would recommend this hotel if you are going out to Novi for a couple days.
