It was the most horrible placed I have ever booked and I said BOOKED.... They say no smoking hallways smells of all type of cigarettes not to mention the room was musky muggy the tub was horrible and I booked deluxe and I was given a standard looks like a bunch of illegal activities go on outside. This place needs to be shut down. Most disgusting,dirty place we have ever stayed. Stained walls, curtains and bed spread. Garbage along the hall way and outside. Dirty bathroom,looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The room had an over powering stench of urine. The carpet was sticky, stained and there were holes in it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The room was dirty, no blanket only sheets, barely could walk into the bathroom it’s so small. The walls are filthy covered in cobwebs, electrical outlets half way work.

This hotel is not advertised near the condition its actually in. It is definitely not up to code and there is plaster falling off of the ceiling and the walls. It reeks like weed. The pool area isn't clean. The bathroom is not clean and the bedding has stains. Two of the lamps in my room do not turn on. The fridge does not work. And there's a cabinet in here that is broken. The top shelf is caving in. Definitely not anything like the pictures and I am very disappointed that i brought my children here to swim specifically and I can't even take my kids swimming or give them a bath.

The curtains and walls of my room were very dirty i.e.shoe prints visible on the wall and spilled juice on the curtains. The was a roach in the bathroom sink that i washed down the drain. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling. Very disappointed a the pictures reaaly implied better quality.

The room stunk. Was dirty. The floors probably haven't been vacuumed in months. Bathroom was not totally horrific but the counter still has toothpaste splashes on very dusty/grime everywhere. To be a Wyndham hotel i was shocked. Someone needs to step up their game and actually manage this property or close it for a major remodel. Would not recommend or would never stay again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I regretted it. The hotel was filthy and smelly. The carpet was stained, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare.

What a horror room 101 is. Next to pool, room too small, beds too tall. Old room fixtures cracking. Pounding pipes through the night. Not much sleep. Beds too small.

The reservation was for myself and my 13 year old son for his hockey tournament in the area). The experience was awful. The room was not up to standard (bugs, shower did not maintain a warm temperature, the room phone did not work so when I tried to call front desk I was unable to). The biggest problems were multiple drunk people and public drug use around the hotel. At 4 am we were awoken by a fight in the room next door. We heard shouting, profanity, and threats. I was concerned for the safety of my child. I had reserved room for 2 nights but was not comfortable staying a second night. Upon checking out I was not given any paperwork by the front desk and when I asked about refund for the night we would not be staying (paid in advance) I was told to take it up with Expedia and the attendant walked away from me.

1st found roachs in our room, staff didnt give me back driver's license or credit card, changed our room and no remote, outlets didnt work, phone didnt work to call front desk, carpet was dirts, when i went to tell the staff found out they had bed bugs. Didnt want to refund me and wasnt even there 3 hours.

We checked in, which started out smooth. After a few hours my wife see something crawling down the wall. I get up to find and see nothing but on the microwave were three baby roaches. Later on that night an adult roach the hot tub handle. And while leaving one day a gentleman at the counter was making a complaint about roaches he’d seen in his room. And had video proof, there was no iron in the room. I asked front desk about it and said he would check. Did not get an iron until next day, there was no remote to turn the tv. The tv channels were just a bunch of static also so be prepared to watch nothing. I asked about that and never got. Ran out of tissue and asked at night about getting it. Gentleman at the front desk said he would grab some. Didn’t receive it until the next day when I had to ask again. The people at the front desk are always on their phone and seem bothered when you ask for something.

Worst experience ever. This is false advertising. Pics do not look the same at all as the actual hotel. Dirty. Dangerous. Safety hazard issues in the hotel. Smelly. Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Bugs everywhere. Stains on bed. Hair in sink and tub. Stains on toilet seat. Dirtiest hotel ever. Don’t even think of booking.
