Welcome to our cozy and comfortable room located in the vibrant neighborhood of Browntown in Detroit! This private room is perfect for up to 4 guests and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room features full-size beds all with fresh linens and comfortable bedding; a private bathroom with fresh towels and essential toiletries is provided. Hot showers in a comfy warm room are a guarantee. Additionally, we provide a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. The apartment also features high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.
You'll have access to a mini-fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold, and a coffee maker to brew your morning cup of coffee. Parking is spacious and just right outside your room.

Our location in Browntown puts you in the heart of all the action in Detroit. You'll be just a short drive from local restaurants, cafes, and bars. Come and enjoy a comfortable stay in one of Detroit's most exciting neighborhoods!

Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI and so much more. We also require a refundable $50 deposit fee on your check-in day. Thank you!

▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee.
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
