Thank you for your feedback, we are under new management and making many changes, we do have a vending machine, we have no idea what the bottom of a soda means? We do not have homeless people sleeping in the lobby and we have a 24 hour front desk, to maintain what is happening. We understand that everyone has a level of comfort and for you it seems we missed the mark and for that we do apologize and wish you the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your feedback, we are confused, as all hotels require a deposit for incidentals, it is always held with a Credit Card, if that is not available then we do request cash, this is for of someone is smoking in the room or breaks something and you leave the the hotel has no recourse.
