"The Detmolder Hof is one of the best addresses when it comes to accommodation in Detmold. They have been around since
 I don’t know when, but my grandfather used to take us there for dinner when we were visiting and even my parents celebrated their wedding there in 1972. The hotel retained it’s old school charm and luxuriousness, but still feels up to date. The staff is wonderful as well: welcoming and accommodating. (I needed an ironing board and iron, which was promptly provided and delivered...
