The hotel and room were very clean. We ate at Dunkin and Lucia and everything was so yummy! The pool area was so nice too. 10/10.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Room is was super up to date and nice.

Great hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Only drawback was not enough space/chairs to lay by the pool. We only had one pool day there and had to fight for space. It's looks like a lot of the chairs/daybeds are open but then you find out most are reserved. Very disappointing. Otherwise, clean spaces, friendly staff. Nice restaurants.

Overall nice property. We got there on a busy spring break time. So i think it was a bit too much for them to handle. Seemed like they were understaffed and short handed… Long lines at check in ,no information and nobody to ask … Not great for 4 star hotel… Pool situation was even worse- Way too small for the amount of people and on top of that main infinity pool was closed for no reason and nobody could explain why … Breakfast options very limited , So this hotel definitely not worth 4 star hotel
