I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. "Room was clean, view was lovely. The attitude of all except two of the staff was below hospitality standard. Lack of friendliness, interest in the guest, no bend over backwards approach. I have run many hospitality venues, from restaurants to having the directorship of an island resort in the Pacific and to me the only ingredient missing from your hotel is engagement with the guest, a smile, a how are you, an interest in the person in front of them. The only person I encountered who was truly hospitable was a young male barman. "
